CHD:  ADMINISTRATION IN THE ABSENCE OF POLICY

In cases when action must be taken within the school system and the School Committee has provided no guidelines for administrative action through policy, the Superintendent shall have the power to act.

The Superintendent shall inform the School Committee of the need for policy on such topics.
