BEDC:   QUORUM

Unless otherwise required by law, four members of the School Committee shall constitute a quorum for the purpose of taking action. 

If no quorum is present, those members present will declare the meeting adjourned to the next regular meeting or to any such time as they may designate.  At least 12 hours notice of the time and place of such rescheduled meeting will be given to all absent members.  The Superintendent/designee will notify local media by the same or faster means to allow for attendance by the media and the public.
